Since December 1999, President Arturo Cueto CIOFF Mexico, Alejandro Camacho Vice President of Mexico and the Master CIOFF Victor Barriga, CIOFF Secretary of Mexico, awarded to Prof.. Angeles Arellano Roberto appointment as Secretary of Cultural CIOFF Mexico.
